Hello, we have updated the plugin to its latest version and we have noticed that the expiration date of the job offers that we have programmed in the WPJM configuration (90 days, 3 months) changes in the MANAGE MY Client OFFERS section of the Job Board and shows 6 months, 120 days.

How can we resolve this please?

    I provide images:

    1. WPJM Configuration:

    2. What customers who post offers on the Job Dashboard see:

Thanks, hopefully we can solve it.

  • The images provided aren’t showing for me, so I’m not sure exactly what you’re seeing on your end. Can you try sharing them once more? I’d like to assist with this matter.

I have checked instead of from my desktop, from my mobile without login and can see them well in both posts. Maybe this information helps. Thank you.

That is quite odd. When I try to go to the links https://imgur.com/7LgSDGq/ I see a 403. Then I see this on all browsers:

It looks like you may be copying and pasting an iFrame of some kind, which I don’t believe is supported here in the forum. I recommend using the Image block for best results or simply pasting the image link as I have done above

Hi, I shall try to use blocks, as we do not use them.

Images added thru blocks ?? Thank you.

@ibiza69 I am unable to replicate your issue on my test site with the same settings.

Does the issue only affect one job listing? Is it possible that the customer already manually renewed the listing?

In addition, to help us replicate the issue, are you using any other plugins for WP Job Manager?

Hi @dcka, thanks for trying to help, we use this other pro plugin: WP Job Manager Field Editor.

But with that plugin we cannot edit the expiry days of the job offers, so I think cannot bring any problem to this.

I have being rechecking new job offers published and seem to be corretly configured to those 90 days of expiry we have, so you can close this thread and we will be on it from our side during next weeks to see how it behaves ??

Thanks a lot for your time and dedication.
