Job meta data after job content?

    I am trying to change the single job listing display and show the meta content of the job after the job description (meta info currently shows at the top). I looked at overwriting the template just as described here https://wpjobmanager.com/document/single-job-listings/ but if I do this the whole page falls apart. Even copying the template without making changes from the plugin folder into my theme file makes the page fall apart. What am I doing wrong? Can this be achieved easily and I am making it too complicated? Thanks for pointers

    Answering my own question here, doh. I noticed that the theme I am using is already doing an overwrite so when I tried the overwrite in my child theme it all fell apart. All good now, I copied the overwrite from the parent theme into my child theme, made the change I needed an now all is fine.
