Could you please let us know what issue you are having there? Everything looks functional but I’m not seeing the “Apply” button on the jobs.
There might be a chance that your theme or one of your plugins is conflicting, and you may need to troubleshoot using the health check plugin:

With this plugin, you can troubleshoot the live site, without disturbing the site for visitors. Here is how to enable troubleshooting mode in the health check plugin:

After enabling troubleshooting mode, you can check if the “Apply” button is appearing.
If it works then, you will need to activate plugins one by one, and in case you switched to a different theme while troubleshooting, you will also need to activate your original theme to check if your theme or any plugin is causing the issue.
