Job listing approving automatically without my approval

    My client is saying she logged in to approve a job listing (7/6 Scraper Operator) and there was a listing prior to that (26/5 Experienced Water Cart Operator) that had been approved automatically without her knowledge.

    She requires all listings to be “Pending Approval” so she can review them before they are Approved to go live on the site.

    So my question is, it is possible that a job can approve automatically and what would cause that?

    Hi @dellalan,

    The way job listings approval works when the setting “Require admin approval of all new listing submissions” is on is that the post_status of the post is set to Pending until it’s approved by the admin.

    WPJM on it’s own won’t change the Job Listing from Pending to Approved , but maybe another plugin changed the post_status of that post?
