Job hanged on running

Hi,
we have nearly 6000 subscribers but the notification jobs hangs everytime.
In the logs there are about 9400 entries like ” 2021-11-10 10:25:17 | DEBUG | Enqueuing notification to user id=XXXXX ” (Where XXXXX is the ID of the single user).
SO:
1) 9400 entries are far more than 6000, so I’m confused
2) we have a local cron (ubuntu) that fires wp-cron.php every 5 minutes
3) we have PHP 8.0 with WP and plugins updated to the last version available

I’m guessing that in 5 minutes Perfecty has not finished yet and another batch from the beguinning is fired.
This scenario explains why there are 9400 lines in the log instead of 6000.
