Job Form Settings Won't Let Me Alter

Loving Job Manager, just having a bit of a struggle with the “Job Form Settings” section of the Settings section. Here’s the issues:
- I have a checkbox field that I created some time ago with Locations of our different jobs. If I try to alter any of the line items or add to the options, when I click update the page acts like its saving but when it reloads all the changes are gone.
- If I try to change the order of items in the Job Form Settings, when I click Update the changes are lost
- Somewhat related, if any of these fields aren’t set to display on the Admin Job List and I edit a job, it resets the fields to nothing, if I click update the original settings are lost. So everytime I go in I have to re-enter the settings before I update the job or they’re lost.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
