Job Filters

I need help:

Well , the Job filters by default are: Keywords > Location.
I want to change the filter “Location” to “Department”.

Can you pass me the code and what file i have to change to make it work?

Doubt: Only to know if i’m correct: That change must be done in file “Job- filters.php?

PS: The image shows more or less the idea.
