Job application not showing

Hi!
I′m trying to do a simple job application form where anyone can download a cv. Now when you press the link it just opens a blank page: https://www.aegroup.fi/jobs/apply-2/
How can I make the form redirect to the right place? It was working correctly at first and some stuff can be seen here: https://www.aegroup.fi/jobs/apply/
