job alert for unregistered users

    Hi,

    The job alert add-on specifies it’s for logged in users only. I use WPJM on my website but without user registration. Is it possible to adapt the plugin to work in such a situation? For example, users could enter an email address which would only be associated in the website’s database with the particular alert settings?

    Hi @pguilha ,

    It’s not currently possible to do this with Job Alerts, as it requires a user account to work.

    That said, we do have an enhancement request for this feature currently open (and I’ve added this thread to the list of users who have requested it).

    I agree that it’s a great idea, although I can’t give you an ETA on when or if it will be implemented.
