Also, I tried to add a new menu that I created recently but it does not show in the dropdown list. Is there any way to add it?

    Hello @sammp,

We don’t see the JKit – Nav Menu widget on your site, have you replaced it?

If this problem is related to the Parent menu not being clickable, you can try disabling the Sub Menu Click On Text option as shown in the image below. With this the Parent menu can be clicked, if you want to display the Submenu you need to click on the icon.

Then for the menu list that doesn’t appear, can you explain how you made the menu?

Usually, if you haven’t made a menu, it won’t be in the displayed list. If you can’t make a menu, we assume you use a theme with the Full Site Editing (FSE) concept. If you are using an FSE theme, we recommend switching to a non-FSE theme, such as the Hello Elementor theme.

Previously on the forum, several users discussed using the JKit – Nav Menu widget which might help you. You can see it in the link below.

    Hi,

Yes, I replaced the widget with another.
    Thank you for your feedback.
About the second point, I created the menu from Appearance > Menus. I am using Hello Elementor theme.

    Hello @sammp,

Previously we didn’t have such a problem, but if the menu list is not showing in the Nav Widget, we suggest you re-save your menu in Appearance > Menus, to refresh the data.

    Thank You
