    We apologize for the delay in responding. We see that you have resolved this issue by installing the Hello Elementor theme. We are glad to know that it worked.

    Could you please let us know which theme you were using before? It is possible that the theme modifies the default WordPress menu structure, causing our widget to appear disorganized. We might be able to address compatibility issues with that theme.

    In the second image, it seems that no menu list is displayed in the JKit - Nav Menu widget. This usually happens when you haven’t created a menu in WordPress. To create a menu, you can go to the Appearance -> Menus menu as shown in the image below.

    If that menu option is not available, it might be because the theme uses FSE (Full Site Editing) structure. For themes using FSE, the menu creation system differs, so you might need to switch to a non-FSE theme if you use Elementor.
