We apologize for the delay in our response and any inconvenience you’ve experienced. Could you please provide us with the link to the problematic page on your site again? Additionally, could you share the settings of the icon box and how it appears on your end? This information will help us better understand the issue.
As additional information, we previously attempted to modify the typography settings on the Icon Box widget, but the settings seem to take effect properly. If you have any caching on your site, clearing it might be beneficial. Caches can store old data, preventing recent changes from being visible.
If you’re unsure about caching, we suggest disabling all plugins except for Elementor and Jeg Elementor Kit. This will narrow down our investigation scope, and there’s a possibility that the issue may be caused by another plugin.
Another consideration is that Elementor also has its own cache. You can clear the Elementor cache by navigating to Elementor -> Tools
and clicking the Regenerate Files & Data
button, as shown in the image below.
