If possible, could you disable all plugins except Elementor and Jeg Elementor Kit and then check if the issue persists? There might be a plugin conflict causing this problem.
Additionally, you can try creating a new page for testing purposes and add a Gallery widget to that page. If there are no issues on the new page, you can try creating a new Gallery and deleting the old one (make sure the new Gallery doesn’t have any conflicts before deleting the old one).
