This is irritating. On Elementor page builder, using JKit elements (specifically the Percentage Bars and Percentage Counters, at the very least, I haven’t looked through all the elements/widgets to see if any of them are working correctly), they show fine with the settings I have set for them on the backside. On the front side however, anything JKit seems to just not be reflecting some of the changes I’ve made, and don’t look like their backside counterparts. Yes, I’ve cleared the cache. Yes, I’ve disabled other plugins. Still getting this issue. Any ideas?

    Hello @bradenanderson,

We have opened the link you provided, but it seems to require a password to view the contents of your website. Could you please provide us with the password? Additionally, could you screenshot the differences between the Editor and Frontend so we can compare them?

Furthermore, if you have cleared or disabled the cache, have you also generated Elementor’s data and CSS? If not, you can go to the Elementor -> Tools -> General -> Regenerate CSS & Data menu. Please refer to the image below.

Don’t forget to clear the cache after making any changes.

We will be waiting for your further response.

    Thank You

Obviously, I’d rather not share PW’s to my client’s portals online, but I have made the page publicly accessible for now.

I did try regenerating CSS and Files, and clearing cache, didn’t seem to make a difference. However, looking in Incognito made, I do see the changes show correctly. As such, I tried clearing the browser cache locally, but that still doesn’t seem to make a difference.

    Hello @bradenanderson,

We apologize for the delay in our response. It seems that the issue might be specific to your browser, as the website appears to be working fine in Incognito mode and on our end (normal mode) (the appearance is the same as in the Elementor Editor).

Since you mentioned that you cleared your browser cache earlier, could you please let us know how you did it? To eliminate any doubts, we have provided a link below with instructions on how to clear the browser cache.

Sometimes, the cache can be stored on a network or device (rather than the browser). We suggest trying to restart your computer after clearing the cache or switching to a different network to see if the cache is still present.

We will be awaiting further updates from you.

    Thank You

No still, seeing problems. I did find a fix however, by turning off WPOptimize, a caching plugin. However, I do need that plugin, so maybe you can make sure your plugin works with that, as it is a fairly ubiquitous plugin. As for caching, look, we’ve been through the caching thing so many times. Obviously, that was the first thing I tried, of course I tried running in incognito mode as well, and still saw the same issues (so I doubt you actually tried incognito mode, or you would have seen the same problem, unless you checked it after I had already turned off WPOptimize, in which case everything would have looked fine). Let me know if you want to trouble shoot more, and I can turn WPOptimize back on, as that’s the plugin that is conflicting with JKit and causing this problem.

    Hello @bradenanderson,

We apologize for the inconvenience. We recommend that you inquire about this issue with the WP-Optimize team first. The cause of this problem might be due to the WP-Optimize plugin optimizing scripts to make your site faster. Unfortunately, not all optimizations are suitable for every situation. This is a common issue with optimization plugins. We suggest you try enabling/disabling each optimization option one by one, such as caching or minifying files in the WP-Optimize plugin. You can refer to the WP-Optimize documentation at the link below.

    https://getwpo.com/faqs/when-enabling-minify-some-functionality-is-broken-how-can-i-fix-it/

Additionally, we’d like to inform you that the Progress Bar widget you are currently using on your site is from Elementor, not Jeg Elementor Kit. We have also tested it on our local environment, and both the Progress Bar widget from Elementor and our plugin work fine even when using the WP-Optimize plugin.

Therefore, we recommend reaching out to the WP-Optimize team first. If the WP-Optimize team determines that our plugin is the cause, you can come back to us with that information.

    Thank You
