Jira implementation

Dear,
Im a second line support engineer who developed a customer support website. As some of our install engineers have to report issues that are tracked into Jira manually I like to see if I can implement this.
We have an existing Jira runnign were you can select ‘Create Issue’.
Is there any way that I can have this ‘create issue’ template imported from Jira into my site?
This would allow my installation guys to visit the site and upload pictures and problem issues directly from their Ipad.
I would appreciate any help/tips!!
