• I have Jigoshop and it shows items in my cart that I cannot remove. My host has checked all permissions with me on areas I can and cannot get to. I do not know what to do. Heres the settings info

    The only thing I have noticed, which is different from every other settings info I have seen, is there is no save path defined. If it is necessary can you please tell me how to fix it. I was on a Windows server, not knowing that WordPress runs horrible on Windows, so I had my host port me over to Linux. I have since then reinstalled and no luck. I really need to fix this so it does not hinder the business I hope to have soon. Please help.

  • I have the same issue. Before my cart page and widget were responding good, but today they are all messed up. Not sure what caused this. A few days ago my site was really slow so my hosting company restarted my Apache service. And after that I turned on WP Super Cache plugin. I don’t know if those changes cause the cart page and cart widget acting funny. Now the green message won’t show up after I add something to the cart. And the widget won’t update instantaneously. You may see products on the cart page, but it’s acting kinda funny too. Also the checkout page disappear sometimes.

    Can anyone help me here? Below are my url and system info. Thanks.

    Hi davidmhale,

    I just got a response from Github (they closed my post though, I posted in the wrong forum :P)

    Anyways, I had a caching plugin (Super Cache) as well. I was advised to complete remove the plugin cause Jigoshop doesn’t work with caching plugins. I did, and my cart is working now. Not sure if that’s the same thing that causes your issue. Just so you know. Good luck!
