Jigoshop widgets on non jigoshop pages

    Hello, I have a custom page template where I’m using a shortcode to display products like this:

    [jigoshop_category slug=”books” per_page=”30″ columns=”3″ pagination=”yes”]

    I’m trying to use the price filter widget and the sorting widget —paid extension— in that page but they didn’t work —the widgets doesn’t appear in the sidebar—

    How can I make the widgets work on that custom non jigoshop page?

    Is it possible for you to add widgets to the sidebar that applie to that pg?

    Some themes have options in backend to choose what sidebar appears on the page.

    Hi Michael, yes, I can add widgets to the sidebar, the only widgets that doesn’t work are those two, also I can reproduce the issue with the twenty thirteen theme active.

    I’m just posting here so that others know what is going on.

    Using widgets in this method is not currently supported. However, we are adding it our development to-do-list.
