Jigoshop use with Customizr

I have added Jigoshop to my theme and, of coarse, there are changes that need to be made to wrap my themes content with Jigoshop. They provided a link here https://www.jigoshop.com/documentation/wrap-themes-content-jigoshop/ that shows how to do that. I understand it somewhat but the hard part was to find out where the themes wrappers are. Can you help me to guide me where I might make the changes at the above link?
