Jigoshop Update

Hi, I have a website theme that was brought from Theme Forest 2-3 years ago and it used Jigoshop. Since 1.5 years ago I updated Jigoshop to the version after 1.8 however it ruined the shop front design layout and I contacted the theme author however they has resigned from Theme Forest so I couldn’t get any help. So I had to contacted the hosting company to restore the website to the previous date so it can work. Since then, I haven’t update Jigoshop because it will ruined the website. Although Jigoshop still working as a shop backend and process orders, but I notice there a some cliches here and there, I believe it is the incompatable with latest WordPress..etc.. now I cannot configure product attributes, it said: “You are not allowed to manage these items.” Maybe it is time to solve this issue, any advices as to where I should go from here? I have no php or programming knowledge. Many thanks.
