Jetpack’s Cookies & Consents Banner won’t close

    I have enabled Jetpack’s Cookies & Consents Banner on my site.

    On the home page, when I press the “Close & accept” button, the banner disappears; or, it disappears after the time limit I’ve given (currently 10 seconds).

    But, on every other page, the banner appears. Pressing the “Close & accept” button merely refreshes the page. It doesn’t disappear after the time limit.

    I have tried the following.

    • Use a fresh profile with a clean cache, cookies, etc., and even an incognito window.
    • Use a different browser (Chrome, Opera, Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer).
    • Disable all plugins, except for Jetpack itself of course.

    Nothing has worked, and I haven’t found an answer elsewhere. Would you be able to give me advice, please?

    I discovered that I had the widget in two different places!

    It’s all fixed now.

    I feel a bit stupid!
