    Hello,

We’re testing JetpackCRM and we like it a lot.
But ourselves (web designers) and one of our clients (a renovation company) would like to use it not only to create project proposals for our clients but also to manage those projects (like some apps like Monday).
Is it possible using JetpackCRM or adding some of the current premium extensions?

If not, is it possible integrating Trello or some other external free app?
Will that be possible using your API tool?
Where can we read how to do it?

Another question can we add notes to our Leads? I mean adding small things like: call back in June or pending to receive our proposal or called twice but was out of the office.

And last but not least, what happens when the client accepts a ppto?
At the moment we have an accepted proposal but we do not see anything on our JetpackCRM Dashboard.

    Thanks in advance!

    Jose

  • Hi @jdelgado

Thanks for your interest, I’m glad to hear you are liking Jetpack CRM.

I see that you are looking for in Jetpack CRM similar functions such as Monday and Trello.

I think this is something we can already provide. Jetpack CRM has the team functionality which allows you to add agents with different roles, assign contacts, tasks, and projects to them. You can read more about this at this page:

    https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/setting-up-your-team/

The interaction with other software and products might be a bit tricker at the present moment. In fact, we don’t have any add-on at the moment that works in synergy with Trello or Monday.

What we do offer is Zapier as an option for the other integrations you’re looking for, although it will be limited (Zapier App is currently available for Entrepreneur Bundle and Resellers):

    https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/how-do-i-integrate-with-zapier/

If you can explain in details how you’d like to integrate those with CRM (perhaps providing some goals and examples too), I’ll be happy to pass your feature requests on to our developers for consideration.

In the meantime, you can see the list of Jetpack CRM extensions and the most popular feature requests here, and vote for the ones you like:

    Extensions: https://jetpackcrm.com/extensions/

    Coming soon: https://jetpackcrm.com/coming-soon/

Regarding your last two questions, for adding notes or documents to your contacts, please take a look at the following documentation:

    https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/adding-documents-files-or-notes-to-the-contact-record/

To look for your accepted proposals, please visit hover over the Quotes menu at the top and click View All. Your proposal accepted/paid should be there.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best,
    Alba

    Dear Alba,

I appreciate very much your reply. It’s been very helpful and it seems pretty clear that we will be buying the Entrepreneur’s Bundle in the near future since it expands JetpackCRM to the infinite and beyond!
    ;o)

I’ve taken a look to this link you sent me regarding adding Files and Activity Notes: https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/adding-documents-files-or-notes-to-the-contact-record/

These are really cool options (thanks!) but I also need to add files and notes not only on the Contact profile but on the Proposal area, mainly to note that we have met the milestones in the proposal.

Rememer that my client is in the Home Renovation industry so, for example, when he creates a proposal for a Kitchen Renovation he needs to upload certain files and notes for the client to see that he’s met certain Milestones and therefore the client must make a new payment.

Examples may include things like these:
    1. Upload 3D renders for the client to approve
    2. Add the permissions he got from the local authorities to start the renovation
    3. Include images and notes with a selection of tiles for the client to choose

How do you advise me to set the CRM for this?
Is there a current extension that can do it?

If not, do you know of a support ticket or blog that explians how to do so with Zapier + Trello?

    Best regards and seasons greetings!

    Jose
