    Hi! I’m working on my blog and I almost have the answer! (and I’m not that handy with php..)

    I’m using Jetpack so people can subscribe to my blog (www.mariekesbooks.com). I only want them to get an email when I post a post in the category ‘review’, not in any other category.

    On the jetpack support page I found 3 solutions, but how do I integrate one of them for my blog?

    Hi Marieke! This isn’t currently possible, but thanks for the suggestion! One work-around that you can use for now is to deactivate the subscriptions module before publishing the post that you want to exclude, then reactivate it after it’s been published. You won’t lose any of your subscribers, and your subscribers won’t receive any posts that are published while the module is deactivated.
