Jetpack WP.me shortlinks redirecting to another URL

I have Jetpack’s WP.me shortlinks installed on my blog, however, the shortlinks (for all of my posts) redirect to a defunct, old URL that was active years ago. Everything was working fine up until yesterday. I have not changed anything and am still running version 3.3.2. Here is the link to my blog:
