Jetpack + WP Super Cache = CDN for www.remarpro.com

Hi, I have a www.remarpro.com website (not a WordPress.com website). Three related questions:

1.) Can I use Jetpack plus WP Super Cache so that the images on my website can be served by Jetpack’s CDN? (Or is Jetpack’s CDN functionality available only to WordPress.com websites?)

2.) Where can I find a tutorial or detailed instructions for setting up Jetpack plus WP Super Cache to give my website CDN functionality?

3.) I want to stay GDPR compliant, so what sort of personal information (including IP addresses) and cookies do Jetpack and WP Super Cache collect? I read that Jetpack offers a GDPR-related processing agreement for people with WordPress.com websites. But can people with www.remarpro.com websites also sign the Jetpack Data processing agreement?If not, what do www.remarpro.com websites need to do to use Jetpack/WP Super Cache and still stay GDPR-compliant?
