Jetpack won't upload

What is the exact error message?

“The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.”

There are two workarounds for this:

1. contact your hosts and ask them to raise the upload_max_filesize on your site.

2. upload the plugin manually

How do I contact my hosts?

Do you know who you are paying to host your site?

I have no idea. I am new at my job and I just update the website and make changes to it when needed.

Then you need to speak to whoever owns the site and get the host company’s contact details from them.
