Jetpack will not work in PHP 7.4

    I was advised by Jetpack to upgrade my Jetpack PHP in WordPress from 7.3 to 7.4 or I could run into trouble. When I did so, Jetpack bombed my system out. Everything went haywire. When I drop back down to PHP 7.3 everything works perfectly. JETPACK WILL NOT WORK IN WORDPRESS 7.4. HOW DO I RESOLVE THIS SITUATION.
