Jetpack widget Visibility not showing options

    Hi there,
    The options in the widget Visibility section are not showing.

    I am not sure when this started but if I view /edit any of the visibility options on a widget (or add a new one) I do not get any options to choose from.

    For example: Footer Text widget – Show – if Page – is – xxx – no options come up in the xxx selection box, such as the list of pages. This occurs on any selection eg Category, Author etc.

    Jetpack version 4.7
    Theme Pinnacle
    Website www. wildcatfamily .com

    The functionality still seems to be working – eg the widgets I previously restricted to certain pages, still only show on those on pages. However I cannot edit or set up any new restricted widgets at this point.

    I have logged on and then the console switched on. Then I went to design and widget. The following is what was displayed in the console:

    In case others have the same problem, the problem in my case turned out to be that JetPack is reactivated, it is not automatically reconnected to your WordPress account.

    Long Version
    My visibility settings had disappeared, as well. Things that should be showing in a few locations were showing all over the place, and the visibility options were no longer present when I edited a widget.

    Looking at my Jetpack settings, I don’t even seem to be connected to my WordPress account any longer.

    Aha! The fellow who was debugging a different problem had deactivated multiple plugins to find the problem. One of them was JetPack. When it was reactivated, it was *not* reconnected.

    I suspect that reactivation should restore the prior connection. That might be a feature worth considering. Because, once reconnected, the visibility options were once again visible, and the prior settings were restored.

    Dear team,

    I am also facing the issue.

    I have previously adjust the widgets to show in some pages only. But now all the widgets showing in all the pages and i am not getting the option “visibility” in theme customize area. I am getting trouble with every new version of the jetpack. I am using the jetpack professional plan and i am thinking to leave using jetpack plugin due to these issues.

    Your immediate response in this issue is highly appreciated.
