Jetpack widget no longer counting clicks and subscribers

    Hi,
    Since some time Jetpack widgets no longer show subscribers nor clicks. In another topic I was suggested to delete expired transients and reconnect but this solved the issue only temporarily, please help.

    Hi there,

    Currently, the subscribers and clicks are showing perfectly on the sidebar of your shared link, here and here. Also, the Jetpack connection is good at the moment. Could you please confirm if the issue is already resolved?

    They are showing but the issue is that both counters are stuck: 1358 subscribers and 12828 clicks, while the actual subscribers and clicks are much higher (visits currently 13060)

    Hi @coscienzamaschile –

    I suspect that this may be a caching issue.

    It looks like you are using a cache plugin and also may be caching your site via Cloudflare.

    Please try temporarily disabling Cloudflare and your cache plugin to see if that results in change numbers.

    Let us know if that changes the numbers for you.

    I disabled all minification /cache plugins, disabled Cloudflare cache, deleted expired transients but the problem persists

    At first it worked by deleting expired transients, now nothing works
