Jetpack wants me to buy a commercial plan – but we are not a commercial site.

    A message says: “You must upgrade to a commercial licence to continue using Jetpack Stats.”

    We are not a commercial site.

    How come Jetpack insists that I subscribe to a paid plan on the pretext that I’m promoting a service, which isn’t the case?

    I have no advertising on my site
    I do not sell goods or services on my site
    I do not promote any company on my site
    I do not solicit donations or sponsorships on my site.

    How can I contact them to tell them they’re wrong and to correct their mistake?
