    I’m so sorry you didn’t get a response from us sooner. It looks like you went ahead and cancelled your plan as a result.

    I did check the logs and could find two successful backups from the 8th and 9th, so backups eventually finished successfully upon retries. It’s common for the initial backup to take some time depending on the size of your site and the nature and stability of the connection.
