jetpack upgrade slows everything

  • Following upgrading WordPress to 4.6 I upgraded Jetpack to 4.2.1 The result is that all my links from my home page failed to work they timed out and when trying to edit a site page I get the error Lost Connection which at first could only be cleared by closing down and when reconnecting deactivating all my plugins. Ehen reactivating plugins one by one it appeared the fault was clear until I tried the link on my latest post on my home page to find it and others times out. On deactivating Jetpack 4.2.1 all runs smoothly has anyone else come across this and can anyone suggest a solution please.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    If you’re ready to give Jetpack another try, would you mind activating the plugin, and then going to Jetpack > Settings and deactivate each module, one at a time?

    Let me know if you find that the problem comes from a specific module!
