Jetpack up-date failed, plug-in was removed, re-installation didn't work

    when running the plug-in up-date I realized that the up-date didn’t work. The plug-in was removed from my Plug-in list. When trying to re-install Jetpack the process didn’t terminate meaning that the status message that Jetpack was being downloaded didn’t change for hours. Thanks for any support.
