    Hi all, this forum is my last hope, please kindly help: I was using Jetpack before and it connected my WP account to my website. I uninstalled Jetpack a long time ago but I can not remove a connection Jetpack created to my WP account. Please see the script from my WP admin page (Connections test, I removed user name and associated email for security reasons):

    ResponseRequest: GET /wc/gla/jetpack/connected Status: 200 Response: { “active”: “yes”, “owner”: “yes”, “displayName”: “……..”, “email”: “,……[email protected]” } Saved Connection option = connected

    Is there any way to remove my WP account please? Shall I install Jetpack again and try to remove my WP account from there? What else could be done please?

    Hi Gaurav, many thanks for getting in touch.

    My website link is https://www.monsoon-incense.com and before it was https://www.good-incense.com

    Just tested the connection and it says:

    ResponseRequest: GET /wc/gla/jetpack/connected Status: 200 Response: { “active”: “yes”, “owner”: “yes”, “displayName”: “goodincenseeu”, “email”: “[email protected]” } Saved Connection option = connected

    I see that your old URL is still connected to Jetpack, and it redirects to https://www.monsoon-incense.com.

    I changed the URL on our records, and everything seems to be working properly now. To stay on the safe side, please make sure that your plugins and WordPress core are updated to their latest versions.

    Could you remove my account [email protected] from Jetpack please so I can add my new account (monsoon) please. I can not remove my WP account [email protected] from Google Listings and Ads as jetpack is preventing it. In fact, Jetpack was uninstalled but the connection to an old email [email protected] still remains. Thanks a lot in advance
