• I am experiencing this error on both my personal and business websites.

    Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site [HTTP 404]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com.

    One site is on 4.6.1 and the latest Jetpack, all plugins updated.
    The other is on 4.4.5 and 3.9.7.

    Jetpack appeared to be working OK, but I was unable to get the post by email working so disconnected from Jetpack and tried to reconnect.

    My SP says everything is fine their end, but I’m not overly technical so I have no idea if that’s true!

    Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1. Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2. Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3. Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4. Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5. Click the “Contact Support” button to send us the debug results privately. It’s best not to post this information on public forums, as it contains private details about your site.
