Jetpack translation submitting

    Hello,

    I’d like to update Albanian translation of the Jetpack. Few months ago I was asked to do it through GlotPress. But GlotPress doesn’t let me import the .po file. I tried through svn, and the commit fails returning “svn access … forbiden”.
    Could someone fix both cases for me?
