Jetpack Tiled Mosaic Gallery Options Available, But Not Working

I’m having the same problem. I had lots of lovely galleries on my wp.com blog but I can’t get any of them to work now that I’ve switched to wp.org. I’ve tried everything I can think of but all I get is a thumbnails with the captions underneath.

There’s no carousel, either.

Can you help? I’m using Oxygen as my theme, by the way.

Me, too! Anyone get any support for this? Would love to hear if anyone was able to solve this – it’s a great looking feature (if it works!)

I’m also having the same issue with Oxygen – it worked perfectly before I switched from wordpress.com to www.remarpro.com

I also have been tearing my hair out on this issue. I use wordpress on an independent host (not worpdpress.com) and I installed jetpack because my understanding is that the features will now work on independently hosted sites so long as you connect to wordpress.com (so they say) which I did. Nothing is working. Only square thumbnails no matter what I try. Has anyone any suggestions?

Yeah, I finally figured out the issue. Jetpack carousel doesnt appear to work with the Ultimatum theme framework I am using. When I changed to a basic WP theme the tiled mosaic option, circle shaped thumbnails, etc all seemed to work ok.
