    Hi,

    I try to boost our pagespeed and find a problem with code on my site related tot Jetpack.

    I disabled jetpack from the beginning when installing WordPress website. Yesterday, we find out that jetpack code is still running on my site and taking resources.

    How can i disable and delete all the jetpack code from my website please?

    Yes I know! but i have disabled en deleted the plugin. So i have to reinstall, then disconnect and then back disable the plug and delete it?

    On the other hand, on the wordpress.com site i can’t delete my site neather…

    The problem is, we did a debug on our site and have seen jetpack is still running code and use sources on our hosting. But in the WP-content – plugins map the jetpack map is deleted.

    How to fix this please. Here the debug results :

    WordPress database error Table ‘ID383251_1653569.wp_jetpack_sync_queue’ doesn’t exist for query SELECT count(*) FROM wp_jetpack_sync_queue WHERE queue_id = ‘sync’ made by shutdown_action_hook, do_action(‘shutdown’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Sender->do_sync, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Dedicated_Sender::spawn_sync, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Queue->size, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Queue\Queue_Storage_Table->get_item_count

    Hi @lodetkint, based on what I see, the site was disconnected by our staff. Are you still seeing some Jetpack code running on your site? If so, can you check that the site cache is cleared?

    If the issue is fixed, feel free to set this thread to resolved. Thanks.
