    I do have a question pending regarding “expected dimensions” always at 0, but this issue refers to support services. When I go through Boost, I get this message: Your paid plan gives you access to prioritized Jetpack Boost support.

    Click that button, then it reads “

    Have a paid product and seeing this note? Be sure to?log into your WordPress.com account?that you used to purchase the product!”

    Then I log in, and the cycle continues.

    We’ve already discussed the issue with the expected image dimensions in a separate thread. Now, I’d like to address your concern about not being able to access priority support. Please ensure that you are logged in with the WordPress.com account used to purchase the plan. In case you have more WordPress.com account, it’s crucial to make sure you log inw the correct account. If the issue persists, let me know so we can further investigate.
