    Hi there,

I noticed tonight when I was on my wordpress dashboard that it say at the top that I need to reconnect Jetpack which was weird because I never disconnected it. So I tried, and it says “An error occured. Please try again.

A banner at the top of the page says:
The Jetpack server could not communicate with your site’s XML-RPC URL. Please check to make sure https://livelovesara.com/xmlrpc.php?for=jetpack is working properly. It should show ‘XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.’ on a line by itself when viewed in a browser and should not have any blank lines or extra output anywhere. Find out how to fix this issue here: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/what-do-these-error-messages-mean/blank-lines-xmlrpc/

When I check to make sure the XML-RPC url is working is has the proper line, but also this underneath.

    XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.<br />
    <b>Deprecated</b>: Directive ‘allow_url_include’ is deprecated in <b>Unknown</b> on line <b>0</b><br />

    How do I fix that?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Okay, so apparently the php upgrade this week on Bluehost messed with some configurations in the Cpanel. I went into the MultiPHP INI Editor and selected my site, then toggled off display_errors to disabled and that fixed the issue that I was having above.

I followed the instructions relating to the MultiPHP INI Editor, and it resolved the inability to connect to Jetpack. Do I leave the settings in the C Panel set to off for display_errors or do I toggle it back now? Thanks

Perfect! I just started having the same issue on the same host and this fixed it. Thanks so much for following up

    Thank you!!!
