• When people subscribe to my website using the Jetpack plugin, where is the subscriber list found?

I do not get any email notifications of new subscribers even though I see on analytics that people are subscribing.

Does Jetpack make you dependent on wordpress.com for services because you can’t disconnect or you will lose your subscriber list?

    Thank you!

    Hi there,

You can go to your Stats page. In the bottom left you’ll see a box called “Subscriptions”. You can click on “Blog” to get a list of all your blog subscribers, and you can download a list of all your subscribers as a CSV file. We will never “lock you in”. ??

As for notifications of new subscribers, we weren’t sending those out but it’s something that’s being worked on and should be happening soon.

I went to the page and looked for the subscriptions box but it is not there. I have confirmed with Google analytics that 10 people did subscribe using the jetpack plugin, but I am unable to see them on either site.

    Hi Cindy,

Are you the admin on your site? If so, you should be able to see that box. Can you show me a screenshot of your stats page? You can go to https://snag.gy to get one, and then post the link here. Thanks!
