Jetpack Subscription Emails Not Working

I’m using the filter code that’s recommended on the Jetpack site so subscribers only get emails when I publish a post of the category “blog.”

But I just published a new post in the blog category, and subscribers didn’t get an email.

Any ideas? Appreciate any help.
