    I just started using Jetpack’s email subscription and all of the images in the email that gets sent out have a border around them. The inline CSS is border: 1px solid #ccc;

    Is there something I can change when I’m editing the post to prevent that?

    Also, do any of the inline styles I add in the post editor get added in the subscription email? How does the new post subscription email decide what inline styles to add?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    I’m afraid you won’t be able to customize the look of the notification emails. There is no interface or option allowing you to do that right now, and inline styles will be removed from the notification emails.

    I took note of your feedback though, and we’ll consider adding more customization options in the notification emails in the future. When we do, I’ll post here to let you know!

    Thanks…It would be really nice to have those borders removed at the very least. They look really bad when you have an image that doesn’t have a background to it (png image with partial transparent background). The border just looks completely unnecessary around it.
