Jetpack and the subscription feature were working fine for me until a couple of weeks ago when it just stopped sending out emails for no apparent reason. Now each time I do a post no email goes out. Any ideas please?

    Thanks… Andrew

  • I see. Thanks for the additional information. It a shame that a few often spoil things for the many.

    This is still broken.

@mr-z-1 Did you contact us via email to give us more information about your site, as I suggested last week? If so, we should be able to figure out what’s going on with your site with you!

Yes. I was told changes were made to address the problem and asked to try posting again. I did. No email.

Don’t hesitate to reply to our last email to let us know how it went. One of my colleagues will then see if there is anything else we can do to fix that problem on your site.

I did reply, at 0907 eastern today.

I’m having the same problem since my Aug. 30 posting. Any progress on this issue? I sent a query today with details.

This is still broken. I’d been using v4.2.2 without issue. After upgrading my blog to WordPress 4.7, I then updated JetPack. Emails now don’t work anymore.

@mr-z-1…I just posted on my blog and the emails worked. I’d had this same problem with emails not going out as well. I’ve updated WordPress to 4.7 and Jetpack is now 4.4.2.

WordPress 4.7 with JetPack 4.4.2 = no emails.

@mr-z-1 Could you reply to our last email, so we can check our logs and see what happened?

@kldckldc Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1. Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2. Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3. Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4. Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5. Click the “Contact Support” button to send us the debug results privately. It’s best not to post this information on public forums, as it contains private details about your site.

    Thanks!

@jeremy…. Mine is working fine now, do you still need my info?

The last email I received from you(r team), Jeremy Herve @jeherve, was on October 6.

@jeherve, Mine is working fine now, do you still need my info?
