Jetpack Subscribers lost in Migration

I recently migrated https://www.HairAndMakeupblog.com to https://www.TheMonaeLife.com and lost my subscribers. I tried to migrate them myself through JetPack and only the 7 wordpress subscribers are now under TheMonaeLife.com. The other 220 subscribers did not make the move.
I plan to move HairAndMakeupBlog.com off of my server, but need this sqaured away first. Thank you so much for any help.
Please advise.
