Hi. I had been using Jetpack in my site with other hosting. But I recently migrate to Digital Ocean Droplet. After that, Jetpack dashboard is blank.

I read a lot of info in the internet. I unblock xml-rpc. I use the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin to deactivate all plugins and theme. I test Jetpack in Debug Mode and works, but when I disable the debug mode Jetpack goes blank again.

I use the Jetpack Debugging Tool to test and shows me the message “An unknown error has occurred.”

    PHP Version 7.4.10
    Wordpress Versión 5.5.1
    Jetpack Versión 8.9.1

Hi @zurita86, since this broke after a migration, would you be willing to completely delete and reinstall Jetpack?

Yes I did it. I disable and delete de Jetpack plugin. And then I install again with no results.

You suggest another way to uninstall?

I do not see that your site is connected when I check here: https://tools.jetpack.com/debug/?url=https://maxbelleza.cl

Have you deactivated or removed the Jetpack plugin from your site? If so please try to reconnect so we can take a look “while it is connected” and investigate further

Also you mentioned that you have migrated your site. Did you happen to change your URL during that move? e.g. maxbelleza.cl is a new address? When I check in our system on this end I see no history of maxbelleza.cl having been used with Jetpack.

    Thanks for the additional info!

Yes it was register like maxbelleza.shop and I have two domains. Now I only have maxbelleza.cl. But trying to solve the blank dashboard I disconnect and delete the account into jetpack.com

I think if I do that Jetpack will answer me for a new connection but it doesn’t happened

I do not show any connections (past or present) using maxbelleza.shop as the site address. This same site also appeared at some other URL? I do not show any Jetpack connections.

You mentioned that you moved hosting recently, and on your previous host Jetpack was connected up until the point that you migrated yes? What is the URL you were using on your site the last time you had a successful Jetpack connection with us? We can use that URL to look it up in our system, thanks!

I can’t understand. Let me explain more. I only have two domains. maxbelleza.shop and maxbelleza.cl. When I register in my old hosting Dreampress they offer me a Jetpack Professional License. A few weeks ago I closed this hosting account and migrate to Digital Ocean Droplet. Because of that I think that was lost the Jetpack Professional License. Everything goes ok until a few days ago my PHP Log its full with an error related to XML-RPC. At this moment I unblock xml-rpc. But nothing happen. If u want I can send you a Jetpack dashboard screenshot, because it’s not completely blank, only appear the Jetpack Footer with this options:

Jetpack version 8.9.1 About. Terms. Privacy. Debug

Even if I click on “Debug” appear a message “Your Jetpack setup looks a-okay!”

Is Jetpack config stored into DB Table? Maybe it need to reset for a completely new instalation.

forget it Jerry it’s my child theme. I switch to the parent theme and Jetpack works.

    Thanks for all.
