    We had a developer update our test site and he did not include the following code in the wp-config file.

    /** Jetpack developer mode */
    define( ‘JETPACK_DEV_DEBUG’, true);

    As such our main site lost connection with wordpress.com. After reconnecting, our stats have reset. Can you please bring back our old stats from many years?

    The domain is helloluxx.com

    Many Thanks and my apologies that this has happened.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    No need to apologize!

    I have fixed the issue, and you should be able to get your Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com.

    To do so, you can follow these steps:

    1) Go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard
    2) Click on “My Jetpack” at the top of the page.
    3) Click on “Disconnect Site from WordPress.com” if your site is currently connected to WordPress.com.
    4) Confirm the disconnection.
    5) Click on the Connect button to connect your site to WordPress.com again.

    That should help!

    Thank you so much for your prompt reply and help with this. Much appreciated Jeremy.

    I have a similar issue. Jetpack stopped showing stats. Reconnected – disconnected – reconnected again. Still only the last 48 hours, not the last 3 1/2 years.

    Domain is influxmagazine.com

    Ideas?

    Thank you,
    Brian
