    Hello,
After I transferred a website copy on another server jetpack stats are missing.
Is there a way to recover them? Website is sublimeshop.it and my username is damiano89187.
    Thanks.

EDIT: Looking at cloned website that is hosted on the subdomain armanda.sublimeshop.it I’ve noticed that all stats are in that jetpack, basically the real stats are in the staging website subdomain.

  • Hi @damiano89187,

I’ve moved the stats from the staging site armanda.sublimeshop.it back to sublimeshop.it. Please reconnect Jetpack to see the changes take effect.

That said, in the future, please put your site in safe mode whenever you clone it for testing/staging purposes. There’s more information in our support documentation.

    Regards.

    Hi Daniel,
Thanks for your reply. I managed to logout and login again using damiano89187 username but still can’t see past stats, could you please check?
    Thanks.
