Jetpack appears to work on my site–it is connected and operational. But the stats will not show in detail.

Clicking the ‘stats’ subcategory leads to an endlessly spinning ball.

Similarly, if I try to access stats via the ‘dashboard’ subcategory, I wind up with the same endless spinning. If I click on a specific day, Jetpack tries to open a new window link on Jetpack’s own site with the message ‘We’re sorry, but an unexpected error…”

This just started one day last week.

Version 11.9.1 is installed. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting. And I’ve also looked through the known issues and tried the basic troubleshooting.

Really not sure what to do next! Appreciate any advice or thoughts.

    Thank you

    Hello @christophernowakowski,

Thanks for reaching out to us and creating your own thread : )

Clicking the ‘stats’ subcategory leads to an endlessly spinning ball.

This just started one day last week.

There has been a known incident with Jetpack Stats matching the description of your issue around the same time. The issue has since been fixed.

However, some users may need to do a hard refresh on their browser to see their Stats again. Please follow the procedures below depending on your device/browse and see if you are able to see your stats in detail once again.

    Chrome on Windows

    • Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button; or
    • Hold down Ctrl and press F5.

    Chrome on Mac

    • Hold down Shift and click the Reload button; or
    • Hold down Command, Shift and click the ‘R’ key.

    Firefox on Windows

    • Hold down Ctrl, Shift and the ‘R’ key; or
    • Hold down Ctrl and press F5.

    Firefox on Mac

    • Hold down Command, Shift and the ‘R’ key; or
    • Hold down Shift and press the reload button.

    Safari

    • Hold down the option and command key then press the ‘E’ key.

    Microsoft Edge / Internet Explorer

    • Hold the Control key, press the F5 key; or
    • hold the Control key, click the Refresh button.

    Hope this helps!

@christophernowakowski This is an odd one. Jetpack did experience a temporary issue of stats not displaying last week, but our developers fixed that within a few hours. So we’ll need to keep checking a few things to narrow this down.

What browser are you using? Do the stats appear when using a different browser? How about after clearing your original browser’s cache, and hard-refreshing again?

My stats won’t load either. https://www.thenewportbuzz.com/

I typically use Safari on a Macbook laptop. Emptied the cache, cookies, etc. Did another reset. No changes.

Interestingly, things work as expected via Chrome.
