    Hi Jetpack,

This morning I could still access my stats and this afternoon they don’t load anymore. Is there a technical issue on your side? Why don’t the stats load?

Update: I tried to deactivate and then activate jetpack again and now my stats are totally gone. I can not even choose stats anymore. Since there was no rollback option now I am stuck. Please fix it.

I am not technical enough to look into logs etc .I just want it to work.

Update 2. The problem seems to be an update of my phone. Certain features, like editing a blog in wordpressand opening jetpack stats do not load anymore. I guess for that I need to contact Samsung

I have another Samsung phone and there everything works fine.

    Hi @henriette1982,

From what I can see, at this moment your site is not completely connected to Jetpack. As you might know, there are two levels of Jetpack connection – site level, and account connection. While the Stats feature don’t require account connection, connecting your account can help us investigate this further.

So, please connect your accoutn following the steps below:

    1. Navigate to Jetpack → Dahsobard inside your WP-admin or access directly https://www.reisoverdegrens.nl/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/dashboard
    2. Click “Setup Jetpack” and follow indications to connect your account.

Once this is done, make sure that the Stats feature is enabled. You can check that here:

    https://www.reisoverdegrens.nl/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack_modules&s=stats

I hope this helps, but if you have any questions, please let us know.

    Hey @henriette1982,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
