Today I noticed that the stats were not showing up correctly in Jetpack for either of the two websites I’m running. This is the look from the last 30 days. The chart is showing all of the correct traffic, but look at the “Best Ever”. There are like 10 days in the last 30 better than that (and none are close to the actual “best ever”.

When I look at the monthly chart – once again, the numbers/bars are right. But when I click on “summaries”, things do not match up even remotely close.

For some reason the numbers have gone heywire dating back to when I first have traffic registered for this site. But I’ve got data from another site I run (on the same server, linked with the same Jetpack account) back to 2008, and it’s doing the same thing (it’s claiming the yearly total for 2023 is about 450,000 – but should be just over 2,000,000).

Both sites are running Jetpack 12.9.3

hey there, did Jetpack ever resolved the issue for you? we’re having the same problem on our site.

No. The issue remains. If you switch to “new stats” instead of the old view, then you can get correct past stats, but in a far less user friendly manner than what was available in the summaries section in the older view. Very frustrating.

The stats are now displaying properly.
